Redar Partner Terms
Greenwich Ventures Limited trading as Redar
Date: 07/03/2026
1. Introduction
These Partner Terms dated 07/03/2026 set out the basis on which Greenwich Ventures Limited, trading as Redar (“Redar”), works with approved partners who introduce potential sellers or assist with the collection and transport of selected furniture.
Redar operates a managed resale service for selected household furniture. Partners may assist by introducing potential sellers or supporting the logistics of collections.
These terms apply to any organisation or individual who registers as a Redar Partner or who otherwise introduces clients or provides collection services to Redar.
2. Partner Roles
Redar works with Partners in two primary roles.
Referral Partner – A Partner who introduces Redar to potential clients who may wish to sell furniture through Redar.
Collection Partner – A Partner who may assist with the collection, transport or handling of items where Redar requests support.
A Partner may act in one or both roles depending on operational arrangements agreed with Redar.
3. Referral Partner Role
Referral Partners may introduce Redar to clients who have furniture that may be suitable for resale.
The Referral Partner may:
- introduce Redar to a client
- provide Redar with the client’s contact details with the client’s permission and in compliance with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR
- assist the client in completing the Redar registration process if required
Redar will determine whether items are suitable for resale and will manage the resale process directly with the client.
Referral Partners must not:
- make pricing guarantees to clients
- represent themselves as employees or agents of Redar
- enter into agreements with clients on behalf of Redar
- promise resale outcomes or timelines beyond information provided by Redar
4. Collection Partner Role
Redar may appoint certain Partners to assist with the collection, transport and handling of items.
Where a Partner acts as a Collection Partner:
- collections will be arranged on a case by case basis
- work may include collecting items from sellers and delivering them to Redar storage or warehouse locations
- the Partner is responsible for conducting collections in a professional and careful manner
- the Partner must hold appropriate insurance including public liability insurance appropriate to the services provided and operate in accordance with applicable regulations including applicable data protection laws
Appointment as a Collection Partner does not guarantee any minimum volume of work.
5. Preferred Partners
Redar may designate certain Partners as preferred partners or regional partners for specific services or geographic areas.
Such designations may be made at Redar’s discretion and may change from time to time.
Preferred partner status does not create any guarantee of work, exclusivity or minimum volume unless expressly agreed separately in writing.
6. Relationship Between Parties
Partners operate as independent businesses.
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency between the Partner and Redar.
Partners are not authorised to bind Redar contractually or represent that they have authority to act on Redar’s behalf.
7. Client Relationship
Where a Partner introduces a client to Redar, the resale process will be managed directly between Redar and the client.
Redar will determine:
- suitability of items
- resale pricing
- resale channels
- sales strategy and timelines
Redar does not guarantee that any item introduced through the partner network will be accepted for resale or successfully sold.
Partners should not charge clients separately for Redar services unless agreed in advance with Redar.
8. Client Introductions
Where a Partner introduces a client to Redar, Redar will manage the resale process directly with the client.
Partners agree not to use information obtained through the Redar process to independently arrange the sale or resale of items introduced to Redar without Redar’s involvement.
This applies to items introduced to Redar and to substantially similar inventory from the same client where the introduction arose through the Redar process.
This clause does not prevent partners from conducting their normal removal, storage or logistics services for the client.
9. Payments
Redar may agree to pay Partners for referrals, collection services or other operational support.
Any referral fees, collection fees or other payments will be agreed separately in writing between Redar and the Partner.
10. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- act honestly and professionally when representing Redar services
- provide accurate information to Redar
- ensure client introductions are made with the client’s consent
- operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- treat Redar clients respectfully and avoid conduct that could harm the reputation of Redar
When assisting with collections on behalf of Redar, Partners should represent the collection as being carried out for Redar and use the standard explanation of the Redar resale process where appropriate.
11. Liability
Each party remains responsible for its own actions and obligations.
Redar is not responsible for the acts, omissions or conduct of Partners.
Partners are responsible for their own insurance, employees, contractors and operational activities.
Where a Partner carries out collection or transport of items, the Partner remains responsible for any damage caused during collection or transport unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Termination
Either party may stop working with the other at any time.
Termination does not affect any operational arrangements or payments already agreed prior to termination.
13. Changes to These Terms
Redar may update these Partner Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the Redar website.
14. Governing Law
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before commencing proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
