What items do you accept?∨
Furniture, design pieces, decorative items and selected household contents with resale value. We focus on items we believe can sell within a defined sales cycle; lower-value items are handled through agreed clearance pathways.
Do I need to organise or list items myself?∨
No. We identify items for resale, list and photograph them and manage every step of the sale. You don't deal with buyers or logistics directly.
What kind of furniture can be sold?∨
Quality and design-led furniture, sofas, dining sets, cabinets, beds and decorative pieces. Items in resaleable condition with realistic market demand.
What happens to items that can't be sold?∨
Non-saleable items are handled through agreed pathways — charity allocation, structured disposal or general clearance — so the space is fully cleared in one coordinated pass.
How quickly can you clear my storage?∨
Most storage clearances are completed within a few days once a plan is agreed. Resale runs in parallel so you stop paying storage fees without losing value on saleable items.
Do I need to be there in person?∨
No. Once access is arranged we can manage the clearance on your behalf. We share photos and updates as we work through the unit.
Is there a cost upfront?∨
No upfront listing fees and no buyer premiums. A collection and clearance fee is agreed in advance and deducted from sale proceeds where possible — never paid upfront.
